Privacy
Short and plain: I only use your details to answer you and to run your booking. This website sets no cookies and has no tracking.

What I collect
Only what you type into one of the forms on this website:
- Coaching request: your name and mobile number, and optionally your email; the training you choose, your level, the number of people and hours, the week and days you prefer, the town or postcode where you want to be coached, what you want coaching in, the price the page worked out, and an optional message.
- Contact form: your name, email and message.
- Camp list: your name and email, and optionally a message. I only use them to write to you about NV Academy, and you can always ask to be taken off the list.
- Review form: your name, your review, the stars, what you joined and when, and optionally your email. With your consent, your name and review are shown on this website; your email is never shown.
- Partner form: your name, company and email, optionally your website, and your message.
My hosting provider may also process technical data such as your IP address when you visit the site or send a form, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Why I use it
- To handle your coaching: agree the day and the details, and take payment. This is needed to give you the coaching you ask for.
- To show your review on this website, when you have given your consent. You can always ask me to take it down again.
- To answer partnership inquiries. I have a legitimate interest in replying to people who contact me about working together.
I do not use your details for marketing, and I do not sell or share them for advertising.
Where it is stored and who sees it
- The forms are received by Netlify, the company that hosts this website. Netlify stores the submissions and sends them on by email. They arrive in a Gmail inbox, so Google also processes them. I reply by text message or email.
- All forms go to me. I may pass partnership inquiries on to my management, Medience Copenhagen.
- Netlify is a US company, so data may be processed outside the EU/EEA. Netlify's own terms describe the safeguards it uses for this.
- Nothing is paid on this website, and it does not collect card or payment details. Coaching is paid through a MobilePay link once we have agreed on the day.
How long I keep it
I keep your details only as long as I need them for the coaching or the conversation. Danish bookkeeping rules require payment records to be kept for five years.
Your rights
You can ask me to show you what I have about you, correct it, delete it, limit how I use it, or send it to you in a usable format. You can also object to how I use it. Write to me at noah.windsurfer@gmail.com.
If you think I handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. It uses your device's own fonts and loads nothing from other servers. Links to other sites, such as Instagram, TikTok or my partners, lead to services with their own privacy policies.
If you switch the language, your choice is saved in your browser, so the next page opens in the same language. It is not a cookie, it never leaves your device, and you can delete it by clearing the site data in your browser.
